Position : HR Business Partner – International Project
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support and lead strategic HR projects across international markets. This role will partner with business leaders and local HR teams to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, compensation & benefits initiatives, and talent development programs aligned with business objectives.
The role will have the opportunity to work on regional HR transformation projects, building HR frameworks, improving HR governance, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth across multiple countries.
HR Business Partnering & International Project Management
- Partner with business leaders and international stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.
- Lead end-to-end HR projects across international markets, including project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and implementation.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure alignment with group HR strategies, policies, and governance.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Support and drive compensation & benefits projects, including benefits review, salary benchmarking, and market salary surveys.
- Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support the design and improvement of incentive programs, including KPI bonus structures.
Workforce Planning & Organization Design
- Lead workforce planning activities, including headcount planning, manpower optimization, and workforce cost analysis.
- Develop organization design frameworks aligned with business strategy and operating models.
- Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend improvement opportunities.
Performance, Talent & Learning
- Support performance management processes and initiatives to drive business performance.
- Facilitate talent review, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to align capability development with business needs.
HR Analytics & Strategic Recommendation
- Analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop HR frameworks, models, and presentations for senior management.
- Evaluate business options through data analysis, including pros & cons comparison, and propose suitable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Projects, Organization Development, or related HR functions.
- Experience in international / regional HR projects is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits, salary survey, benefits analysis, or total rewards.
- Experience in workforce planning, organization design, and HR transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to visualize data and create executive-level presentations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong command of English communication skills.

- Experience working in multinational companies
- Experience supporting multiple countries, especially Southeast Asia markets.
