Job Description

Our partner's looking for an experienced HRBP Manager to partner directly with CHRO and Management Team with playing a key role in driving people strategy across the organization. This is a project-based, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-changing, technology-driven environments.

What you'll be driving:

  • Partner closely with management on strategic people initiatives and provide senior-level HR advisory support.
  • Lead projectbased HR programs including org. design, workforce planning, culture transformation, and HR digitalization.
  • Align HR strategies with rapidly evolving business direction and technology changes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, organizational health, and people strategy.
  • Assess organizational needs and deliver HR solutions that enhance scalability and performance.
  • Lead change management for cross-functional transformation projects.
  • Build strong relationships with executives and business leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Champion a high-performance culture and elevate team engagement across the organization.
  • Handle complex HR matters with confidentiality, sound judgment, and strategic mindset.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with agility and resilience.

Ideal Candidate who match with the role:

  • 815 years of progressive HR experience, with proven success as HR Consultant, or in a strategic HR leadership role.
  • A solid track record in leading complex, cross-functional HR initiatives within fastpaced, technology-driven, or highgrowth environments.
  • Experience partnering closely with Csuite and senior executives, providing strategic insights and influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Exceptional communication, business acumen, and problemsolving abilities, with the confidence to challenge, advise, and guide leaders.
  • A high degree of agility and resilience, able to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and organizational transformation with sound judgment.
