We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner Manager to support our Condominium Business Unit and affiliated businesses, including Property Consignment & Leasing, Community Mall, and Health & Wellness Services. This role partners closely with business leaders to develop people strategies aligned with operational and commercial goals across multiple locations, including Phuket.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Senior Management for the Condominium business and related subsidiaries.
- Understand business goals and provide HR solutions that support sales performance, customer experience, and operational excellence.
- Provide advisory on organization design, manpower planning, workforce optimization, and capability development.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Oversee employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Drive engagement programs, culture initiatives, and communication plans across multiple business lines.
- Provide coaching to managers on people management, team performance, and conflict resolution.
Recruitment & Workforce Deployment
- Partner with TA team to ensure timely recruitment for sales, operations, and service functions across condominium sites and subsidiaries.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, mobility/transfer processes, and workforce planning aligned with business needs.
HR Operations & Policy
- Lead HR initiatives and policy implementation for the assigned business scope.
- Work closely with C&B and HR Operations to ensure accuracy in workforce data, organization structure, and headcount management.
- Participate in HR projects including systems improvement, competency frameworks, and organizational development.
