Job Description

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to analyze current workforce status, participate in organizational design and HC planning, and efficiently manage talent acquisition through diverse recruitment channels.

• Deeply understand business logic and team operations to facilitate the effective implementation of HR strategies within business units, thereby supporting the achievement of business goals.

• Lead the development and optimization of business teams, design talent development plans aligned with employee growth paths, and ensure the orderly implementation of talent development initiatives.

• Identify issues within organizational and team operations, apply professional HR methodologies and tools to deliver integrated solutions covering recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and drive their execution.

• Foster a positive organizational culture and team atmosphere, supporting the effective transmission and embedding of company values during periods of rapid growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited institution.

• Previous people management experience is required. You also need to have solid communication, and interpersonal skills, and have strong capability to impact business outcomes.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience, prior experience as an HRBP in the retail industry is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in English and Thai as working languages; Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is a big bonus.

• Passion for the pop culture/collectibles industry and alignment with the company's core values.
