HR Business Partner CKD Operations
Role Overview: Act as the strategic HR lead for the CKD (Completely Knocked Down) business unit, driving the end-to-end employee lifecyclefrom recruitment and induction to performance management and industrial relations. This role focuses on maintaining a high-performance culture, ensuring 100% legal compliance, and fostering a positive ecosystem to ensure uninterrupted business delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Operations: Execute the unit's HR game plan, manage employee records, lead new-joiner inductions, and oversee the digitisation of HR IT systems.
- Talent Acquisition: Forecast and fulfill budgeted (SBP) and unbudgeted positions within TAT. Optimize hiring costs by managing portal expenses and vendor negotiations.
- Performance & Development: Drive the annual PMS cycle and collaborate with the Organization Development team to identify training needs (TNI) and evaluate L&D effectiveness.
- Employee & Industrial Relations: Maintain industrial harmony to ensure zero production loss. Resolve grievances, manage exit interview insights, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Engagement & Culture: Lead initiatives for employee well-being, Rewards & Recognition (R&R), and organizational programs such as Kaizen and RE-Imagine to boost morale and retention.
- Compliance & Payroll: Ensure 100% adherence to labor laws and internal audits. Monitor attendance and payroll processes to ensure zero deviations.
- Data Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify trends and implement process improvements.
Key Success Metrics
- Zero production loss due to IR/ER issues.

- Recruitment fulfillment within defined TAT and budget.
- Timely completion of PMS and L&D initiatives.
