About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced HR – Centre of Excellence (CoE) Manager to join our Human Resources team. The role will be responsible for designing and embedding HR frameworks, policies, and programs that support organizational capability, talent development, and cultural transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR frameworks in performance management, talent management, competency models, and succession planning.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance business effectiveness.
- Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to address complex people challenges and provide expert guidance.
- Manage HR projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Utilize HR analytics and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in HR OD / HR Transformation.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication in both English and Thai.
