We are looking for a client-facing Project Consultant to support and lead Darwinbox HRMS implementations for our Thailand-based clients. You will be the on-ground face of Satori Craft working directly with client HR teams, bridging their needs with our delivery team in India, and ensuring implementations run smoothly from kick-off to go-live. Strong HR domain knowledge and client communication skills matter more than a formal project management background. Senior candidates with a proven track record in delivery or implementation may be considered for the Project Manager title.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery Support
Serve as the primary on-ground point of contact for Thailand-based clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, UAT sessions, and training with client HR and business teams - in Thai and English. • Coordinate with Satori Craft's functional and technical consultants in India to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered. • Track project milestones, action items, and risks - keeping both the client and internal delivery team aligned. • Ensure client satisfaction at every milestone and support a smooth transition to post-go-live AMS support.
HR Domain & Implementation
Apply your HR knowledge to validate configurations, payroll setups, and HR process flows during implementation. • Support data migration, system testing, and go-live preparation in collaboration with the technical team. • Maintain accurate project documentation — meeting notes, status updates, sign-off records, and training materials. • Flag risks and scope changes early; coordinate with Satori leadership on resolution.
Relationship & Practice Building
Build trusted, long-term relationships with client HR stakeholders to support AMS retention and future expansion. • Provide on-ground market intelligence to help Satori Craft grow its Thailand presence. • Contribute to building Satori's Thailand delivery capability from the ground up.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Management, or HR Technology. • Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle - from hiring to exit. • Fluent in Thai (native or near-native) AND English (business proficiency, written and spoken) - both are required. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable engaging HR, IT, and Finance teams. • Based in Thailand with the ability to travel to client sites within the country.
Good to Have
Prior experience in a client-facing consulting, implementation, or project coordination role. • Hands-on experience with Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or any HRMS platform. • Familiarity with Thai HR compliance, labour law, and payroll regulations. • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or similar). • Exposure to cross-border or India-headquartered technology teams.
