Education : Any Graduate with MBA in HR
Work Model : Work from Office (Andheri East)
Roles & Responsibilities
ü Indepth understanding of entire HR Process – Operations, Compliance with Labour Law, Payroll process, Employee lifecycle management, Client engagement, Data Base Management, etc.
ü Experience in managing a comprehensive database of the employees
ü Strong ability to collaborate with leadership, teams and external partners
ü Strong analytical skills to assess organizational trends, measure impact, and recommend data-backed interventions.
ü Strong Communication skills (verbal and written) & Interpersonal skills.
ü Very Good in MS office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
ü Experience in any HR ATS
