Job Description

Location: Mumbai, India

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance while coordinating closely with our global teams. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of all documentation and system updates.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, reimbursements, and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Draft HR letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and general employment matters.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and support employee development initiatives.
  • Work closely with managers to address employee relations matters and resolve workplace concerns.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to hiring, attrition, attendance, and other HR metrics.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and labor law compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
  • Exposure to employee engagement and performance management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
