About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance while coordinating closely with our global teams. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of all documentation and system updates.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, reimbursements, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Draft HR letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and general employment matters.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and support employee development initiatives.
- Work closely with managers to address employee relations matters and resolve workplace concerns.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to hiring, attrition, attendance, and other HR metrics.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

- Experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
- Exposure to employee engagement and performance management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
