Job Summary
We are seeking an HR & GA Officer to support day-to-day Human Resources and General Affairs operations.
This role focuses on HR administration, employment-related processes, office management, safety, and ESG-related support. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Job Description:
- Support the full spectrum of operational HR and General Affairs activities, including documentation, data entry, filing, and record management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate employment documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support ESG-related initiatives, including coordination of activities, documentation, and basic reporting related to people, workplace, and social responsibility aspects.
- Support workplace safety initiatives, including basic safety coordination, documentation, and compliance with internal safety guidelines.
- Assist in coordinating safety-related activities, communication, and awareness within the office.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and a comfortable working environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on office maintenance, supplies, and workplace-related issues.
- Supervise support staff (e.g., messenger) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the Head of HR & GA in preparing regular HR, GA, Safety, and ESG-related reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent in both English and Thai.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workloads.
