About the Role

We are looking for a Temporary HR Generalist to support a wide range of HR activities, with a key focus on HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full HR spectrum and wants to contribute to impactful HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation
• Coordinate HR workflow, onboarding, and offboarding activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate endtoend recruitment for assigned roles
• Arrange interviews, manage candidate pipeline, and support hiring managers
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience

Talent Management & Learning

• Support performance management cycles and talent development initiatives
• Assist in organizing training programs and maintaining learning records
• Collaborate on talentrelated projects and HR digital tools

Employee Engagement

• Support company engagement programs and internal communication
• Coordinate events, campaigns, and employee activities
• Help track engagement metrics and feedback

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 25 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Strong communication, coordination, and problemsolving skills
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic labor law knowledge
• A proactive mindset and passion for creating a positive employee experience
