HR Generalist & Recruitment

On-site, based in Phuket, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute talent acquisition plans that effectively attract skilled professionals from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple channels such as online platforms, professional networks, social media, and internal referral programs.
  • Review candidate profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate suitability based on role requirements.
  • Manage interview logistics by coordinating schedules between applicants and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional recruitment journey by maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates at every stage.
  • Monitor recruitment market trends, emerging sourcing tools, and best practices to continuously enhance hiring effectiveness.
  • Represent the organization at career events and professional networking activities to strengthen employer branding.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees to ensure successful integration into the organization.
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
  • Minimum of 23 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
  • Proficient in modern sourcing methods, including digital platforms and social media-based recruitment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring leaders, and external recruitment partners.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and employment compliance.
