Job Description

Key Responsibilities,

  • Work closely with HR as customer to understand their nature and business process
  • Apply system, technology and process design to improve business operations
  • Identify opportunities to provide or create additional client value
  • Operate HRIS and Setup data structure to support business expansion
  • Design and Build HRIS reports to meet business requirement
  • Generate management report and present stakeholder to point a pain or opportunities for improvement
  • Work across team with HRIS, IT and Vendor to find out solution
  • Be part of System implementation and Test to ensure system is accurate and efficient
  • Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan
  • Provides guidance for short term and long term resolution of end user
  • Assess client readiness to deploy solutions
  • Help customer teams define functional & technical requirements across workforce experience and HR technology
  • Educate HRIS knowledge to our HR customers as business requests

Qualifications,

  • Bachelors / Master degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business
  • Administration, or related field required
  • At least 4 years of related experience desirable
  • Understand human resource management and process improvement
  • Have good computer skills especially in technical system
  • Have good communication skills
  • Good command in English
  • Knowledge of SF, SAP, WFS software highly desirable
  • Be able to coordinate
