Provide recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and critical talent management to support business objectivesใ
Lead recruitment for key positions (e.g. engineering and manufacturing roles).
Design and implement retention, succession, and high-potential talent development programs.
Participate in annual salary review, bonus planning, and long-term incentive programs.
Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Oversee and support performance management processes.
Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws.
Lead HR operational excellence initiatives and HR-related projects.
Lead canteen, cleaning, security, and fleet/vehicle management, with overall responsibility for the planning, management, and continuous improvement of general affairs functions to support smooth operations and a positive working environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
8 - 10 + years of HR experience, including min 2 - 3 years in managerial or HRBP roles
Experience in technology, electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, or multinational companies with similar size is preferred
Chinese: Speaking in HSK4 level (required to cooperate with Taiwanese and Chinese colleagues). Able to read & write is a plus.
English: Intermediate - Business Level
Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices
