Our client, a leading Telesales and BPO service provider, is looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager. In this role, you will align HR strategies with business objectives in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, including high-volume recruitment, organizational development, labor relations, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Talent Acquisition: Lead manpower planning and recruitment cycles to ensure the organizational structure is optimized for Telesales and BPO operations.
- Performance & Talent Management: Drive the company-wide performance appraisal system and develop Succession Plans and Talent Management programs to secure future leadership.
- Learning & Development (HRD): Supervise training initiatives and personnel capacity-building plans to enhance workforce efficiency.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll integrity, wage structures, and employee welfare programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Labor Relations & Culture: Develop proactive labor relations strategies that foster a positive organizational culture and ensure full compliance with Thai Labor Laws.
- HRIS & Data Integrity: Manage the HRIS to ensure 100% data accuracy and provide insightful HR reports to senior management.
- Strategic HR & OD: Architect and implement HR and Organizational Development (OD) strategies that directly support business scalability and goal achievement.
- Administrative & Facility Management: Direct internal administrative audits and propose office environment enhancements regarding safety, utilities, and employee well-being.
Key Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in Call Centers, Telesales, BPO, or the Insurance sector.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.
- Functional Mastery: Comprehensive expertise across HRM (Management), HRD (Development), and OD (Organization Development).
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Thai Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Communication:Fluency inEnglish (written and spoken) with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Soft Skills: A result-oriented leader with a meticulous eye for detail, capable of thriving in a high-pressure, team-centric environment.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
