Job Description:
Recruitment & Staffing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for factory operations and office staff.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Coordinate with regional HR teams in China on talent requirements, approvals, and reporting.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, from operators to senior management.
- Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, grievances, and counseling.
- Organize staff engagement activities and employee communication programs.
Performance Engagement
- Implement performance review cycles and KPIs for factory and office staff.
- Support managers in coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure alignment with headquarters evaluation structure.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs for production and office employees.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers for skill development programs.
- Support onboarding programs for new hires.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company rules, and safety regulations.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and disciplinary documentation.
- Support audits and prepare HR-related reports for regional HQ (in Chinese).
Compensation & Benefits
- Work with finance and HQ to manage payroll, benefits, and annual salary reviews.
- Oversee attendance systems and ensure accurate OT/shift calculation.
- Support workforce budgeting and headcount planning.
Factory HR Operations
- Partner with production leaders on workforce planning, shift management, and labor allocation.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee productivity and retention.
- Support health & safety initiatives in collaboration with EHS teams.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Minimum 58 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and factory workforce practices.
- Experience working with Chinese management or regional HQ is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
