Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals while adapting group policies to localized HR needs.
  • Optimize organizational structure, headcount allocation, and role design to support operational efficiency.
  • Manage company-wide performance management processes and ensure practical application across departments.
  • Oversee compensation management for midlevel and frontline employees to ensure fairness and operational compliance.
  • Develop talent pipelines for key positions and support leadership development, job rotations, and internal promotions.
  • Lead full recruitment processes for professional roles and frontline workers, ensuring multiple sourcing channels are utilized.
  • Manage daytoday HR operations, including onboarding, movement, exit processes, HRIS updates, and labor relations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with local Thai government authorities related to HR, labor compliance, and administration.
  • Supervise overall administrative operations, including facility support, logistics, and general office management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within manufacturing, production, or industrial operations.
  • Fluent in Chinese, with working communication skills in Thai or English.
  • Strong capability in crossdepartment coordination, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • High resilience and ability to operate independently in a fastpaced industrial environment.
  • Understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations, or willingness to learn and adapt upon relocation.
  • Willingness to work in a long-term overseas assignment and adapt to multicultural environments.
