Job Description

  • Bachelor deree in HR Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Preferred: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) and data center/tech industry HR experience.
  • 8+ years HR experience, 3+ years HR management experience; new company setup experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Malaysia labor laws; skilled in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations and C&B design.
  • Strong talent acquisition capability and experience in building teams for new businesses.
  • Fluent in Chinese & English for group communication and HR document preparation.
  • Fluent in Thai for local employee communication and labor authority liaison.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, strong responsibility and cross-department coordination ability.
