Job Description

Bachelor deree in HR Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Preferred: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) and data center/tech industry HR experience.
8+ years HR experience, 3+ years HR management experience; new company setup experience a plus.
Proficient in Malaysia labor laws; skilled in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations and C&B design.
Strong talent acquisition capability and experience in building teams for new businesses.
Fluent in Chinese & English for group communication and HR document preparation.
Fluent in Thai for local employee communication and labor authority liaison.
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, strong responsibility and cross-department coordination ability.
