Job Description
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders to understand commercial priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Lead workforce planning to support sustainable business growth.
- Provide trusted HR advisory, coaching, and solutions to management.
- Contribute to the design of a highperforming and futureready organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Work with regional teams on salary benchmarking and market insights.
- Recommend competitive and equitable reward programs.
- Manage headcount planning, personnel cost budgets, and compensation analytics.
- Lead the annual salary and bonus review cycle.
Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategy and employer branding.
- Ensure smooth and timely hiring processes with strong stakeholder communication.
- Oversee onboarding to ensure an exceptional newjoiner experience.
Talent Management & Development
- Support individual development planning and capability building across teams.
- Manage annual talent reviews and maintain accurate talent data.
- Drive performance management excellence, linking development with organizational goals.
- Partner with L&D teams to implement impactful learning programs.
HR Operations
- Oversee endtoend employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data, HRIS (SAP), and documentation.
- Partner closely with payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Employee Relations, Engagement & Wellbeing
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Advise on employee relations, labour law matters, and disciplinary processes.
- Manage grievance handling together with regional HR and Legal teams.
- Lead engagement surveys and implement action plans.
- Plan annual engagement, wellbeing, and CSR activities.
- Support compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
Projects & Collaboration
- Partner with regional and global teams on new HR initiatives and transformation programs.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in a dynamic environment, ideally within retail or multinational organizations.
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across all levels.
- Strong communication, problemsolving, and analytical skills.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and resilience in a fastpaced environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English, written and spoken.
- Energetic, positive, and passionate about people and organizational development.
