About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR function and drive organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and talent management including sourcing, screening, interviewing, on-boarding, and managing the full employee lifecycle from hiring through exit
  • Provide strategic HR business partnering to senior leadership, offering counsel on employee relations, HR policy alignment with local regulations, and organizational development initiatives
  • Manage total rewards and HR operations including compensation reviews, benefits administration, payroll coordination with vendors, and comprehensive HR budgeting
  • Ensure legal compliance and organizational governance by monitoring labor laws, conducting HR investigations, maintaining employee records, and developing updated HR policies and procedures
  • Drive talent development and HR excellence through learning & development programs, succession planning, high-potential identification, facility management, health & safety oversight, and government authority liaison

Experience & Expertise:

  • 8-10 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager role
  • Preferably 2-5 years in a multinational company
  • Experience managing a workforce of 50-100 employees
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and taxation regulations
  • Expertise in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning & Development
