A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a HR Manager at MKS Thailand, you will partner with various functional leaders to coordinate resources and efforts to drive HR work, resolve people relevant issue,
enhance communication, improve cross departmental collaboration and facilitate employee's engagement.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Directs the planning, implementation, and administration of HR programs for Thailand which may include employment, responding to employee relation issues, immigration,
equal employment practices, organizational development, administers the company's annual performance and salary review process.
- Advises managers, supervisors, and employees in interpretation and application of company HR policies and procedures; provides technical expertise to handle employees related matters.
- Manages the day-to-day HR activities at Thailand, responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs and be compliance with regulations and law.
- Collaborate with management team to align HR objectives and strategies with business goals for planning workforce, developing organization, fostering a positive working environment,
attracting and retaining top talents.
- Provide HR Generalist the guidance and coaching for the development and growth.
- Have confidence and competency to prioritize high value/high impact initiatives and activities.
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years HR experience and at least 5 years in leadership or managerial position
- Have multinational company and support manufacturing/operational function experience
