About the Role
You will oversee the full spectrum of HR for the Thailand site, including recruitment, welfare, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations for 50 employees. This role partners closely with regional leadership and supports a
multinational workforce comprising employees from Thailand and several neighbouring countries.
The HR Manager will also play a key role in supporting rapid headcount growth and ensuring strong people practices during an important expansion phase.
The role reports directly to the
regional CEO (based overseas).
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage endtoend HR administration, employee files, contracts, onboarding, and documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with Thai labour laws and maintain fair HR practices across all nationalities.
- Oversee welfare, benefits, and daytoday HR support; coordinate payroll with the inhouse accountant and external finance provider.
- Support ongoing reviews of Group Insurance and Provident Fund enhancements.
Recruitment & Workforce Expansion
- Lead recruitment for technicians, RF specialists, engineers, and production roles to meet rapid manpower needs.
- Build candidate pipelines for urgent and project-based hiring.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle and external agency engagement when necessary.
Employee Relations & Multinational Workforce Support
- Act as the main HR contact for a diverse team of employees from various countries.
- Support managers with employee relations, discipline, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a fair, inclusive, and safe working environment.
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with Production Managers and technical leaders who frequently travel for HQ training, seminars, and international project launches.
- Support leaders with performance, workforce planning, and people-related decisions.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior leadership both locally and regionally.
Policy Development & HR Structure Building
- Strengthen HR processes and policies to support organisational scaling.
- Implement structured HR frameworks aligned with fast-growing manufacturing and technology operations.
- Support HR readiness for new project launches and international deployments.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 7 years of HR generalist or HR management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labour regulations.
- Experience supporting multinational workforces.
- Handson working style with the ability to manage both operations and strategic tasks.
- Recruitment experience for technical or production roles is an advantage.
- Able to work independently with regional leaders based overseas.
