Job Mission

Responsible for TFC Thailand factory overall HR and Admin function management.

Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

负责天孚通信泰国工厂的人力资源和行政全盘管理，全面负责人力资源相关工作，并参与组织层面的战略举措。通过规划、实施和评估人力资源政策、方案和实践，来维护并提升组织的人力资源水平。

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle HR operations for the manufacturing plant, with a focus on compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
• 全面负责制造工厂的人力资源运营工作，重点关注薪酬福利、绩效管理和员工关系。
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• 制定并实施与业务目标相一致的人力资源战略，培育积极、包容的职场文化。
• Act as the primary HR liaison between the plant and headquarters, ensuring effective communication and policy alignment.
• 作为工厂与总部之间的主要人力资源联络人，确保有效沟通和政策一致性。
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor regulations.
• 管理员工敬业度提升计划、冲突解决事宜，并确保遵守当地劳动法规。

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, no limited in majors
• 本科及以上学历，专业不限
• 5+ years experience in Human Resources
• 5年以上人力资源方向经验
• Language requirements: Chinese and Thai or Chinese and English
• 语言要求：中泰双语或中英双语可作为工作语言
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Supervisor or Manager in manufacturing.
• 至少3年制造业人力资源主管或经理经验
• At least expertise in two HR domain, e.g. payroll, ER, Recruitment
• 至少擅长2个模块的人力资源管理，如 薪酬，员工关系，或者招聘等
