What you'll do

You'll lead and develop a sizeable HR and back-office team, working closely with a new HR Director to enhance performance, strengthen team culture, and embed a more proactive, service-oriented approach. You'll spend time understanding how the team operates today, identifying opportunities for improvement, and introducing a clear roadmap for growth. Through supportive leadership and strong operational oversight, you'll help position HR as a trusted, high-impact partner to the wider business.

What you'll need

• Fluent Thai language and strong English communication skills
• Strong HR generalist background within a professional services environment
• Ideally experience in a large-scale IT services business (1,000+ employees)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and uplift HR capability
• A balanced, hands-on leadership style with the maturity to influence, guide, and inspire positive cultural change
