Serve as the primary execution engine of HR operations — managing recruitment, payroll data entry, social security matters, and contract documentation to established standards. Supports compliance tasks under the direction of the HR Manager (and consultant during system setup), who owns all legal decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Drive recruitment: source candidates, conduct initial screening, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Prepare offer documents and employment contracts from approved templates (all negotiation and approval handled by HR Manager).
- Manage onboarding processes and maintain complete employee documentation.
Payroll Inputs & Social Security
- Input and verify payroll data (attendance, leave, OT, employee movements) — payroll calculation and disbursement sit with Accounting.
- Handle social security registration, notifications for new joiners / leavers, and coordinate submissions with Accounting.
- Maintain confidential employee and compensation data with integrity.
Compliance Support (under HR Manager supervision)
- Gather documentation and evidence for legacy labour law audits (HR Manager / consultant diagnoses and resolves issues).
- Execute contracts and processes according to established SOPs and templates; escalate non-standard cases to HR Manager.
- Provide document support for disciplinary and termination processes; all decisions rest with the HR Manager.
Retail Team Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail recruitment and documentation / compliance matters.
- Lead recruitment for retail / store-based roles.
- Escalate retail labour law issues (contracts, working hours, OT) to HR Manager for resolution.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in HR (recruitment / payroll / HR administration).
- Detail-oriented, process-disciplined, and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Foundational knowledge of labour law and social security regulations (at an operational level).
- Strong follow-through; effective communicator and coordinator.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. LGBTQ+ Friendly workplace
