Job Overview

The HR Partner I supports all key HR practices within the manufacturing site, including recruitment, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, promotions, and HR data management. Serving as the main point of contact for employee-related matters, the HR Partner provides timely support and guidance to foster a positive and productive working environment.

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Humanities, Social Science, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Recruiter or HR Operations
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, especially for production or shopfloor roles
  • Practical exposure to onboarding, probation tracking, and offboarding processes
  • Basic understanding of Thai labor practices and HR compliance requirements
  • Comfortable working with HRIS and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Intermediate level of English for daily communication and simple business writing
  • Service-minded, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Requirements

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for production/shopfloor roles and interns, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines to support urgent and high-volume manpower needs
  • Coordinate onboarding activities such as document collection, system access setup, and orientation sessions
  • Track probation periods, coordinate evaluation forms, and follow up with hiring managers
  • Handle offboarding processes including exit interviews, asset return, and final documentation
  • Support HR compliance activities, audits, and preparation of HR reports or evidence
  • Coordinate training logistics and maintain accurate training and attendance records
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners such as agencies or educational institutions
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and timely updates in HR systems
