Job Description

Position: HR Payroll Officer

Location: Kian Gwan Building III

Working days & time: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (8 hours plus 1 hour lunch)

Contact Period: 12 months and renewal

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 THB/month

Benefits: based on Thai Labor Law

  • Social Security Fund
  • Probation period 119 days
  • Annual leave 6 days/year (after complete probation period)
  • Other days by law
  • Health Insurance (OPD 1,000 THB)

Job scope:

1) Payroll Processing

  • Process monthly payroll for approximately 300+ employees (Head Office and operational workforce).
  • Calculate salary, overtime, allowances, incentives, and deductions accurately.
  • Ensure payroll is completed within agreed timelines and cutoff date (Payroll cutoff around the 20th)
  • Perform payroll validation and final checking before submission.

2) Payroll Data Coordination (with HRIS / Time Attendance Team)

  • Coordinate with HRIS / Time Attendance staff, who are responsible for:
  • Monitoring attendance records
  • Checking working hours, overtime, lateness, and leave
  • Confirming and validating attendance data
  • Receive confirmed attendance data from HRIS team and use it as official payroll input.
  • Ensure all payroll inputs are complete and accurate before processing.

3) Payroll System Administration

  • Maintain employee payroll data in HumanOS.
  • Update records for: New hires / resignations, Salary adjustments, Promotions / transfers
  • Generate payroll reports, payslips, and payroll summaries.

4) Statutory & Compliance

  • Prepare payroll-related statutory submissions such as Social Security, Tax (PND1) and other applicable contributions
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and payroll regulations.

5) Employee Support

  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll (salary, payslip, deductions).
  • Work with HRIS team to clarify attendance-related questions when needed.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.

6) Coordination & Service Delivery

  • Coordinate with related departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field
  • Have experience in HR Payroll
  • Able to use HumanOS program is a plus
  • Fair in English both written and verbal
  • Attentive to details
  • Good communication skill
