Overview

The Plant HR Manager – Rojana Plant is a strategic business partner for Rojana Supply Chain operations, driving end‑to‑end people agenda across manufacturing, logistics, and site-based functions. This role translates global and OU HR strategies into effective local execution—covering talent, capability, culture, rewards, employee relations, compliance, and DE&I—while ensuring full adherence to labor laws and management systems. The position leads site HR governance, supports transformation and COE initiatives, and enables a sustainable talent pipeline to deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • People Business partnering for all Supply Chain Operations (Manufacturing, Agronomy and Logistics) and support function's Rojana-based employees
  • Execute and locally apply all Global, Sector and Operating Unit's HR policies, procedures, agendas, interventions and initiatives in order to achieve business strategies, annual operating plan and align with HR strategies includes but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Capability, Culture & Engagement, Total Rewards, Employee Labour Relations, Diversity-Equity & Inclusion, Employee Value Proposition, Compliance & Ethics and Sustainability
  • Support HR Center of Excellence (COE) interventions implementation, organization transformation programs and local talent pipeline to serve business and operations agenda. Support Agro HRBP/Commercial HRBP/OU HRBP for all People related initiatives in the plant
  • Lead all the implementation, develop and evaluate local HRM/HRD strategies through HR Functional Core Processes and other HR created solutions
  • Lead all the implementation, develop and evaluate all Management Systems in which HR as standard owners at overall Operations includes ISO, OHSAS, GMP, HACCP and other related laws & requirements
  • Ensure all site is compliant with laws, policies and other related labour standards and representing the organization with Plant / Agronomy and Function Leadership team
  • Manage site governance to ensure employee service level delivery, recommend process improvement and statutory policy changes to Function/Business Unit HRBP and Plant / Agronomy Leadership Team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources (HRM/HRD), Business Administration, Management or other related fields
  • At least 8+ years of progressive relevant work experience in HRM/HRD, preferably from FMCG industries or Multi-national Company work environments
  • Previous leadership experience in middle management level/Plant Leadership Team is desirable
  • HR professional and managerial competencies on change management, talent development, forward thinking and ability to perform with minimal work direction are required
  • Good computer literacy (AI Tools like co-pilot/MS Office and HRIS is preferred), fluently English verbal & reading/written communications and facilitation skill. Thai & Englisth language skills are mandatory
