We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for job openings.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate the interview process and gather feedback from interviewers.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and postings for open positions.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-7 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
