Responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for various positions in the organization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for prospective employees.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
