• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for overseas roles, particularly in Gulf countries.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience while meeting recruitment timelines.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong sourcing expertise in Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, and Transportation sectors.
• Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
• Basic to advanced skills in MS Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting.
• Prior experience in overseas recruitment for Gulf countries is highly preferred.
• A proactive approach with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
