This is a full-time on-site role located in Phuket for an HR Recruitment Intern. The intern will assist with end-to-end hiring processes, support interview coordination, and manage recruiting documentation. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining clear communication with applicants and team members. The candidate will also assist in developing recruitment strategies to identify top talent and improve the hiring process.

• Experience or knowledge in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
• Ability to assist in developing and conducting Training programs
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
