Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in end-to-end recruitment for Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local hiring drives
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Conducting initial screening and telephonic interviews
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Supporting employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Visiting Theobroma outlets for recruitment activities, employee coordination, and operational support
