Job brief

We are seeking an experienced Rewards & Benefits Specialist to provide expert consulting and support on compensation and benefits programs. You will be key in administering annual reviews, analyzing market data, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance, all to enhance our employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on compensation & benefits matters to HR and management.
  • Administer annual salary reviews, variable pay programs, and job benchmarking.
  • Analyze market data to support competitive and informed decision-making.
  • Manager and review employee benefits programs for compliance and competitiveness.
  • Support HRBPs and managers with policy interpretation and implementation.

Responsibilities


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
