Key Responsibilities
1. HR Management & Labor Relations
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for a large-scale factory, ensuring seamless execution of daily functions.
- Ensure full compliance with Labor Laws and company policies to mitigate risks.
- Manage foreign worker processes (MOU, Visa, Work Permit) effectively.
- Act as a trusted HR partner between management and production teams to resolve issues and maintain harmony.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives across factory operations to boost morale and retention.
- Design communication strategies and activities that connect management with shop-floor employees.
- Support a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Actively listen to employees, resolve concerns, and strengthen employee trust.
3. Team Leadership & General Administration
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & GA teams (including Admin, Housekeeping, Drivers, and Security).
- Oversee workplace environment and facility management (canteen, transportation, office facilities).
- Drive People Development through training roadmaps, skill matrices, KPIs, and performance management systems.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1015 years of HR experience in a Manufacturing / Factory environment.
- Scale: Proven track record of managing a workforce of 500+ employees.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Employee Relations, and Foreign Worker Management (MOU).
- Leadership: A people-oriented, confident, and hands-on leader who can communicate effectively at all levels.
- Language: Good command of English (able to communicate with HQ and manage reporting).
