Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in Japanese automotive companies is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee full-spectrum HR & GA functions, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Training & Development.
  • Manage manpower planning to support production operations and future expansion.
  • Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws and handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Act as an HR advisor to management, supporting a stable and productive working environment.
