This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain broad HR exposure across recruitment, payroll administration, employee engagement, labor law compliance, visa & work permit administration, and HR operations while contributing to a dynamic luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions.
- Source and attract talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct candidate screening, and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding arrangements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide hiring reports.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll data, including attendance, overtime, commissions, allowances, and employee movements.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Maintain employee records and HR database with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding, probation, employee transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and other HR documentation.
Labor Law & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations and advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with disciplinary actions, probation reviews, and employment documentation.
- Support HR audits and compliance initiatives.
Visa & Work Permit Administration
- Coordinate with external vendors on visa and work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and 90-day reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor expiration dates to ensure compliance.
- Support expatriate employees throughout immigration processes.
Employee Engagement & Events
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, including:
-Annual Staff Party
-Team Building Activities
-Employee Well-being Programs
-CSR Activities
-Recognition & Appreciation Programs
-Corporate Celebrations and Campaigns
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and workplace experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices.
- Experience in payroll administration and coordinating with payroll vendors.
- Experience handling visa and work permit processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of Thai and English.
