Direct 1-to-1 CEO Mentorship
Work side-by-side with our English CEO. This is a rare 1-on-1 mentorship opportunity. As our HR Specialist, you won't just file paperwork; you will own People Operations at our HQ. No prior experience requiredjust intelligence and grit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking coordination, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records (personal files, contracts, etc.) in compliance with Thai labor law and internal policy.
- Assist with payroll inputs by tracking attendance, leave balances, and timesheets.
- Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, or workplace issues.
- Support employee engagement initiatives (team-building activities, weekly snack, surveys, etc.).
- Assist with visa and work permit coordination for foreign/expat employees, including scheduling appointments, document collection, and liaising with external agents.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, BOI regulations, and company legal obligations, including Social Security and statutory filings.
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports (e.g., tax, SSO, labor department).
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline internal processes.
- Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to support business operations.
- Oversee general office operations, supplies, vendor management, maintenance, courier handling, and travel arrangements.
- Support the CEO with executive tasks, such as scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of internal approvals or ad-hoc assignments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Fresh graduates with internship experience are also welcome to apply.)
- 12 years of experience in an HR role, with hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and/or HR operations.
- Good understanding of Thai labor laws, Social Security, and HR compliance practices.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.); experience with HR or admin systems is a plus.
- Tech-savvy mindset able to work with digital tools
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
