What You Will Do
- Lead HR strategy and organizational development across Southeast Asia
- Partner with senior leaders to drive people strategy and business transformation
- Design and optimize organizational structures to support growth and scalability
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
- Develop leadership programs to strengthen pipeline and future readiness
- Lead regional change and transformation projects across multiple markets
- Collaborate with HR functions to deliver integrated people solution
- Use data and insights to improve organizational effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in regional HR strategy, Organizational Development, or Talent Management
- Strong expertise in organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development
- Experience working across Southeast Asia or multicultural environment
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation and change initiatives
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
