Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for regional hub positions and key country-level roles, specializing in automotive, engineering, and tech profiles.
Conduct research and analyze external market data (salary benchmarks, talent availability, competitor mapping) to advise hiring managers on hiring feasibility and talent location strategies.
Build and maintain recruitment dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel) to track and report key metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Sourcing Funnel Conversion Rates, and Quality of Hire.
Use recruitment data to influence and guide regional hiring managers on talent decisions, managing expectations regarding market realities and talent pipelines.
Act as the first point of contact for assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with business goals and providing guidance on HR policies and employee relations.
Analyze internal HR data (e.g., employee turnover, tenure, exit interview feedback, engagement survey results) to identify trends, predict attrition, and propose proactive retention strategies to department heads.
Assist in facilitating annual performance management and talent review cycles for assigned business units, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with regional guidelines.
Monitor new hire integration and gather feedback at critical milestones (e.g., Day 30, 90) to improve retention and onboarding programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (experience as a hybrid Recruiter/HRBP or in a recruitment agency with a strong analytical focus is highly preferred).
Proven ability to clean, analyze, and visualize data to tell a story and drive business decisions.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data modeling). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or HRIS analytics modules is a major advantage.
Excellent command of spoken and written English for presentation and collaboration with regional stakeholders.
Strong consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with business leaders using data-backed arguments.
