Job Description

Job Purpose

The HR Team Leader is responsible for leading and overseeing HR Operations while driving key people development initiatives, including Career Architecture, Career Path, Career Development, Competency Development, Talent Management, and Succession Planning.

This position serves as a key partner to the HR Director in managing the HR team, improving HR processes, analyzing workforce data, and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support the organization's growth and long-term workforce capability.

The role requires the ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels. The job holder must ensure that daily HR activities are accurate, efficient, and compliant while also designing and implementing sustainable people management and development systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end HR Operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Supervise and develop the HR team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely service delivery.
  • Maintain employee data, documentation, HRIS, Lark, and Lark Base.
  • Oversee onboarding, probation, attendance, leave, employee movements, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement Career Architecture, Career Path, and job-level frameworks.
  • Review and update job descriptions, competency requirements, and promotion criteria.
  • Drive Career Development and Individual Development Plan initiatives.
  • Develop Core, Leadership, and Functional Competency Frameworks.
  • Manage Talent Review, Talent Identification, and Succession Planning processes.
  • Identify critical positions and potential successors and monitor successor readiness.
  • Support Performance Management, employee development, and talent calibration.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce insights for management.
  • Improve HR policies, workflows, SOPs, and operational processes.
  • Act as a key HR advisor to employees, managers, and department heads.
  • Support the HR Director in strategic HR projects and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or HR management role.
  • Strong experience in HR Operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience in Career Path, Career Development, Competency Framework, Talent Management, or Succession Planning.
  • Good knowledge of Thai labour law and HR compliance.
  • Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work effectively at both operational and strategic levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS, Lark, Lark Base, Microsoft Excel, or related HR tools.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
