Job Description

  • Ensure all C&B policies and practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in each operating country
  • Conduct job evaluations and grading for new or restructured roles across the region using standardized methodologies to maintain internal equity
  • Assist in designing, reviewing, and implementing competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits packages across assigned regional countries
  • Lead and automate the execution of annual compensation processes, including the Annual Merit Review (salary increments) and performance-based bonus allocations, by developing dynamic, user-friendly templates for regional business leaders and local HR teams.
  • Develop and maintain interactive HR/C&B dashboards (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Dashboard) to visualize key metrics, labor cost trends, and budget utilization for regional leadership.
  • Participate in and analyze annual industry salary surveys and conduct automated benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Design, build, and maintain complex, automated spreadsheet models and templates (using advanced Excel/Google Sheets features, Power Query, VBA/Macros, or Apps Script) to consolidate regional data, reduce manual data entry, and minimize human error across multiple countries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards (prior regional experience covering multiple APAC/ASEAN countries is highly advantageous).
  • Expert-level spreadsheet skills with a proven track record of automating complex data workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in automation and data tools, such as Power Query, VBA/Macros, Google Apps Script, Power BI, or advanced SQL/Python (highly preferred).
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, budget forecasting, and building dynamic, scalable templates for data consolidation.
  • Familiarity with established job evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English for reporting, presenting, and collaborating with regional and global leadership teams.
