Position Purpose
A mission-critical leadership role responsible for driving Mena Transport's transformation into an AI-enabled organisation. This role will design and execute a comprehensive People Transformation Roadmap, modernise HR processes, build workforce analytics capability, and lead enterprise-wide change to ensure employees at all levels are prepared to operate in a data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Transformation Strategy
- Design and lead a multi-year HR Transformation Roadmap covering Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, and HR Technology
- Assess and modernise legacy HR processes through digitisation, automation, and AI augmentation
- Develop a future-ready People Operating Model suitable for a 600+ fleet organisation
Workforce Analytics & People Data
- Establish a People Analytics function, including data architecture, dashboards, and predictive models
- Analyse key metrics such as retention, productivity, safety compliance, and succession risk
- Ensure strong HR data governance, privacy compliance, and ethical data usage
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
AI Readiness & Digital Upskilling
- Conduct company-wide AI readiness assessments across all functions
- Design and implement AI literacy and digital upskilling programmes
- Define new job architectures and career pathways aligned with AI-augmented roles
Organisational Change Management
- Lead structured change management initiatives (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
- Develop change impact assessments, communication plans, and adoption metrics
- Build leadership capability to serve as visible change champions
HR Technology & Process Automation
- Lead the selection and implementation of an integrated HRIS/HCM platform
- Deploy AI-powered HR tools and RPA solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Manage the HR technology roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy, particularly for tech and analytics roles
- Build a strategic workforce plan under multiple AI adoption scenarios
- Strengthen succession planning and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion
HR Performance & Compliance
- Define and track key People KPIs such as turnover, time-to-fill, engagement, and AI adoption index
- Drive continuous improvement in HR operations
- Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and industry regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Data Science, or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA, MA/MSc in HRM, or MSc in People Analytics) strongly preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications highly valued: SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, Prosci Change Practitioner, Google Data Analytics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 810 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership, HR transformation, or HR analytics role.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale HR transformation or change management programmes in organisations with 500+ employees.
- Hands-on experience designing or managing people analytics functions, including building dashboards and predictive workforce models.
- Experience working in or closely with transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or operationally intensive industries preferred.
- Proven experience with HRIS/HCM implementation projects (full lifecycle from scoping to go-live) is a significant advantage.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications in HR contexts (e.g., intelligent hiring tools, workforce forecasting models, chatbots) preferred.
