Job Description
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organisation effectiveness.
- Lead Compensation & Benefits initiatives, including salary bench-marking, annual salary reviews, incentive programs, and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness.
- Oversee payroll operations through external vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all payroll activities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent.
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements.
- Analyze HR and compensation data to provide insights and recommendations that support business and talent decisions.
- Collaborate closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders on HR initiatives, projects, and continuous process improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experiences, FMCG prefer
- Strong experience in C&B strategy and overall HR Management
- Proven HR Business Partnering experience within a multinational environment
- Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and HR best practices
- Thai Nationality
