Job Description

1. Employee Engagement

1.1 designing and executing comprehensive engagement initiatives aligned with overall business goals

1.2 Assist in implement activities that promote company's core values and company culture in international business

2. Talent development program

2.1 Coordinate training and development programs for local and expat employees in CLM and other international units

2.2 Monitor individual development plan (IDP) and track training effectiveness in collaboration with line managers

3. Onboarding & Retention support

3.1 Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, including expat and local staff, ensuring smooth integration

3.2 Collect and analyze feedback to improve the onboarding and employee experiences.

4. Career Path & Succession Planning support

4.1 Assists in mapping career paths and preparing talent data to support succession planning across international sites.

4.2 Maintain and update talent profiles and development record

5. HR Communication & Engagement Events

5.1 Coordinate international communication and employee activities (e.g. town hall, recognition events, wellness program)

5.2 Ensure consistent messaging that reflects Betagro's culture and people strategy

6. Data & Reporting

6.1 Prepare reports on engagement survey results, training participation, and development KPIs for management review

7. Business partnering

7.1 Work closely with HRBPs and line managers to identify people development or support needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Social Sciences or related

2. Experiences in Project HR / HRBP / Performance and Talent Management

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

4. Ability to handle confidential information / Resilience / Growth Mindset

5. English Communication TOEIC 650+ (For HRBP International Role)

6. Able to travel abroad and upcountry
