We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our human resources initiatives with business objectives. This role serves as a consultant to management on all HR-related issues, acting as the catalyst for talent development, organizational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to define role requirements, ensure a positive candidate experience, and secure top talent for critical positions.;
- Lead and facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires to ensure rapid integration and engagement.
- Support the annual performance review cycle, guiding managers on goal setting, constructive feedback, and development planning.;
- Implement and communicate global HR programs and policies effectively within the business units.;
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, secure, and efficient working environment.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure the office complies with all health, safety, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HRBP or similar HR role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent management, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, and relevant employment laws.
- Proven experience in a multinational corporation or a complex, matrixed organizational structure is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate HR solutions with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
- Superior communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with employees
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing
