Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering & Leadership Support

  • Partner closely with the local leadership team to ensure people strategies directly support business direction and priorities.
  • Advise leaders on organization design, change delivery, and effective communication across the business.
  • Build a healthy, inclusive culture where trust, transparency, and collaboration are actively reinforced.
  • Align with global and regional HR stakeholders to localize and execute group-wide initiatives smoothly.

Talent, Growth & Performance

  • Lead workforce planning and hiring strategy to secure the right capabilities for current and upcoming needs.
  • Drive end-to-end talent management, including development plans, succession pipelines, and internal mobility
  • Own the performance cycle and coach managers on goal setting, feedback, performance improvement, and development actions.

Employee Relations, Policy & Compliance

  • Be the go-to advisor for managers and employees on local HR policies, Thai labor law, and best practice guidance.
  • Manage sensitive and complex employee relations topics with fairness, discretion, and sound judgement.
  • Establish employee relations approaches that support a respectful, high-performance environment.

HR Operations & Day-to-Day Execution

  • Ensure smooth HR/GA operations in partnership with the local Office Manager.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and work closely with Finance to ensure accurate processing and statutory submissions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery with hiring managersfrom role definition and sourcing through onboarding.
  • Support daily HR queries and operational tasks to maintain a strong employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong ownership mindset with clear communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in an HRBP role within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Confident coaching leaders and managing performance, talent, and sensitive people matters end-to-end.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; familiar with HRIS platforms and using data/reporting to support decisions.
  • Solid knowledge of Thai labor law and practical experience working in a global, matrix organization.
  • Hands-on experience across recruitment delivery, payroll coordination, and employee relations case management.
  • Team management experience
