Job Summary

BDC is looking for an experienced HRBP Manager. For this role, you will be partnering with business leaders to understand priorities and align HR strategies with organizational goals. You will manage employee relations by addressing concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment laws, and drives key people processes including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning. The role also supports employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture, retention, and satisfaction while championing diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and align HR strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with COE and SSC teams to deliver solutions in talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and compensation.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
  • Drive performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning processes.
  • Support engagement initiatives to enhance culture, retention, and satisfaction while championing diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide guidance on compensation matters and collaborate with the C&B team for fair and competitive rewards decisions.
  • Generate and maintain HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, resignation trends, retention rates & manpower planning.
  • Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects, including process improvements, policy reviews, and systems implementation.
  • Ensure governance by maintaining compliance with labor laws, HR audits, and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Strong understanding of Thailand employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with COEs and SSCs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in organizational change management and transformation.
  • Prior experience in data centres, infrastructure, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
