Job Description
A fantastic career opportunity in human resources with DHL Supply Chain (Thailand), we are looking for a candidate with experience in HR generalist role and familiar with the diverse work environment to join our team.
The position is initially based at our head office at G Tower Grand Rama 9 and likely to travel weekly or every fortnight to visit an assigned site in outer areas of Bangkok such as Wangnoi or Bangna, etc.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Provide the full spectrum of HR services (recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, learning and development, career development etc.) through timely intervention and collaboration with the business leaders to ensure proactive support for business growth while maintaining overall alignment with regional and local HR strategies and policies.
- Sets objectives and delivers results that have direct impact on employees within area of responsibility.
- Makes decisions and recommendations that would normally result in the achievement of HR management strategies, would prevent noticeable delays in assigned work and would limit the risk of moderate expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.
Qualifications;
- At least 10 years of relevant HR experience with at least 3 years in a manager level above
- Proven working experience background in HRBP/HR generalist in the following functional areas; departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Employee Relations, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, and Employment
- Experienced in large-scale manufacturing industry is a must
- Very proficiency in English and Thai required
- Cross-cultural understanding - experienced working in diverse work environment is a big plus
- Able to mobile and willing to travel to outer areas of Bangkok on a weekly basis or every fortnight and eventually relocate to assigned/agreed site required
