We're hiring: HRBP Manager

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Brand Directors and Retail Leadership to translate 3-year brand growth roadmaps into workforce strategies, capability development plans, and manpower structures aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Lead annual workforce planning covering Office and PC (CSG) populations, ensuring alignment with store expansion, seasonal volume fluctuations, and distribution growth across Department Stores (Consignment), Shop-in-Shop, Standalone Stores, and E-Commerce channels.
  • Support workforce cost modeling and labor cost optimization in alignment with brand-level P&L, productivity targets, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR lifecycle management for PC workforce including hiring, onboarding, probation, performance management, disciplinary process, and exit management.
  • Develop structured staffing models by store format (Consignment, Shop-in-Shop, Standalone) to ensure optimal headcount productivity and cost control.
  • Establish and monitor retail productivity benchmarks including Sales per PC, Headcount per sqm, Traffic vs Conversion ratio, and Labor Cost to Sales ratio.
  • Ensure compliance with department store regulations, consignment agreements, internal HR policies, and Thai labor law.
  • Design, standardize, and continuously improve HR SOPs covering manpower approval process, PC deployment & rotation, incentive and commission governance, disciplinary framework, and seasonal manpower ramp-up/down planning.
  • Strengthen HR documentation governance including manpower request forms, cost-center alignment, employment contracts, and policy implementation across Office and Store workforce.
  • Lead talent review and succession planning for key positions including Brand Managers, Store Supervisors, and high-performing PC employees to ensure organizational readiness and business continuity.
  • Implement structured performance management systems for both Office and PC populations, ensuring fair calibration, accountability, and performance improvement frameworks.
  • Coach business leaders in managing underperformance, workforce restructuring, and complex employee relations cases while protecting organizational integrity.
  • Evaluate and refine retail organization structures to ensure scalability, capability alignment, and operational discipline in a multi-brand retail environment.
  • Define competency frameworks for PC, Supervisors, and Office roles, identifying capability gaps impacting commercial performance and partnering with HROD to deliver targeted development solutions.
  • Act as escalation point for employee relations matters, ensuring risk mitigation in a high-turnover retail environment and maintaining a balanced employer-employee relationship.
  • Develop and maintain workforce analytics dashboard covering headcount by brand and location, turnover rate (Office vs PC), absenteeism, sales per head, and labor cost ratio to provide actionable insights for Brand Directors and HR Leadership.
  • Support annual budgeting cycle with accurate manpower forecasting, workforce scenario planning, and productivity modeling to ensure disciplined workforce investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in retail, FMCG, fashion, or multi-brand environment.
  • Proven experience managing large frontline workforce (PC / Retail staff).
  • Strong understanding of consignment retail model and department store operations.
  • Experience building HR SOP and workforce framework.
  • Strong business acumen with exposure to P&L-driven environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capability.
  • Fluent in Thai and English
