Job Description

We're hiring: HRBP Manager

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to translate business strategies into people and capability plans, ensuring alignment across internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Utilize workforce analytics and market insights to guide strategic workforce planning, capability development, and organization design.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance culture through collaboration and network-based leadership.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (HROD, PMS, C&B, TA) to co-create HR solutions that are adaptive, innovative, and business-driven.
  • Lead or support organizational change and transformation projects, ensuring agility, digital readiness, and ecosystem integration.
  • Provide coaching and consultation to leaders and managers to strengthen people leadership, team collaboration, and communication effectiveness.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, diversity, and inclusion, aligning people development with business growth priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and ethical standards while promoting trust and transparency across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership in talent review, succession planning, and performance calibration to sustain organizational capability and readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP or strategic HR roles, preferably in dynamic or multi-business environments.
  • Strong business acumen with exposure to commercial or sales-driven organizations.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or workforce planning.
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
